Relive the best days of life childhood memories with us

According to me, the best days of life is childhood memories. My childhood memories are worth than that of today. So it was a bright sunny morning in the winters of December. I wake up early because that day there is a match between our colony and neighbor colony. I am very excited about that.

Those days there is no social media trend so my morning is simple yet beautiful there is no good morning text or any group chat between us before the match. We discuss the whole thing in the evening before the match or on match day. My all teammates came on time without even any call or any group message.

So, meeting point is at the home ground of the opposition team. Those days everybody is so interested in outdoor games. Time has come, toss happened the opposition team won the toss and elected to bat first. Our team is nervous as we have to chase and our money is on stake. The winning team gets 50 rupees which is so much at that time. That 50 rupees are going to be pay by us if we lose.

So, the match has started, Our opening bowler is none other than myself and bowls a decent first over which is followed by my friend Ajay who is a good allrounder. The match was going on with the full flow and the opposition team score a good target 46 runs in 5 overs.

Here comes the chase, Our opening duo is Ajay and my brother golu they score decent 16 runs in 2 overs. After a good start, both the opener fall after that I go for batting along with my friend aashu we need 37 runs in 3 overs which is a big task.

Nail biting finish

So, the match goes to final over and we need 12 runs from 2 balls. I am on the strike and so nervous as all the pressure is on me teammates are shouting from outside deep-deep. Eventually, hit a six, my confidence is grown-up also lucky enough the last ball is full-toss and smashed that ball to six. I cannot express that feeling all my teammates gone crazy they starting teasing the opposition team the whole scenario was electrifying. That day I got a nickname Sehwag as my innings contain lots of shot through the cover.

In the night, I can’t sleep as I repeat those moments again, and again in my imagination. Those moments are unforgettable I became a hero of my colony. Those days, there are no mobiles or social media to share thoughts or moments. But still, so much happy and satisfied than today’s generation who does not go outside to play outdoor games. PUBG ruined today’s childhood in my colony 7-8 years old children busy in playing PUBG and all other online games. If they go outside sometime they make excuses for the sun etc.

In the end, I have to say just one thing mobile is helpful but not our need.
